Alabama Supreme Court Upholds Ban On Sex Toys
The REALLY funny part of this story is this:
"Love Stuff, meanwhile, plans to continue selling, since the law provides an exemption for anyone using the toys for "a bona fide medical, scientific, educational, legislative, judicial, or law enforcement purpose." Customers are required to sign receipts saying they will use the toys for one of those purposes; other adult stores in the state plan to follow the same policy."
